How do I make a return? 
Should you want to make a return for any reason, we are more than happy to help. Please submit a request within the below time frame: 
Business customers – Within 14 days 
Standard consumers – Within 30 days 
 
What do I need to do? 
Ensure items are unused and in original packaging 
 
Email us at James@elmfinch.co.uk  
Provide details on why the product needs to be returned – examples include ordering in error, or the wrong part was received. 
Include the order number, name, and delivery address. 
Include if you would like a refund or replacement. 
Include pictures of the described issue. 
We will respond within 24 hours. 
 
Once we have the above information 
One of our team members will review the details and provide you with an update in under 24 hours. This will include your returns reference code and instructions on the next steps (unless we need to contact you for more information on your return). 
Your funds will be issued once the returned goods have been marked received. 
 
Further information 
As Elmfinch does not hold spare parts, we will refund damaged products or provide a replacement at the request of the purchaser. 
Where there is a manufacturing query, we will work as quickly as possible with the manufacturer to provide a satisfactory response. 
Operational hours for Elmfinch are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and any request received outside of these hours will be handled over the next business day.
