Where goods are sourced from external organisations or third parties which hold technical files, we will request confirmation the files are up to date, current, complete, contain appropriate conformity information, and where relevant, regulatory compliance certificates. We will take all necessary steps to confirm the validity and compliance of the documents presented by the external supplier regarding the products sourced.
